  • No weekend dispatch
  • No dispatch on bank holidays

Orders due on a bank holiday will be sent the next working day.

Some premium plate styles require additional production time, such as:

  • 3D Gel letters
  • 4D laser-cut characters
  • Other bespoke enhancements

These can extend production time slightly.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control. Tracking (where included) will keep you updated throughout your parcel's journey.

Because every plate is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun or once dispatched. If you need assistance urgently, contact us immediately — we'll help where possible.

Yes — for legal road-use plates, we require proof of entitlement to the registration. You'll need to provide a copy of your V5C (logbook) or other acceptable documentation during checkout. This is a DVLA requirement for all registered plate suppliers. Show plates do not require documentation as they're for off-road use only.

Fixing kits are available to purchase at checkout. We offer a range of options including standard screws, anti-theft screws, and adhesive pads. Simply add your preferred fixing kit to your order when completing your purchase.

If your plates arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll be happy to replace them free of charge. We take pride in our quality control, but if damage occurs during transit, we'll resolve it quickly.

Yes — orders over £60 qualify for free delivery across the UK. For orders under £60, standard delivery options are available at checkout. Priority/Express tracked delivery is also available for faster service.

Yes — fitting number plates is straightforward with basic tools. We have a handy how-to-fit video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9KxD1yZ_uQ. The video walks you through the process step-by-step, whether you're using screws or adhesive pads.

As with all bespoke made-to-order products, plates cannot be returned due to customer ordering errors (wrong registration, incorrect style selected, etc.). However, if the error is on our part (manufacturing defect, incorrect production), we will accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement.

All our number plates are backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, fading, peeling, and material deterioration under normal UK weather conditions. For 3D/4D plates, the warranty also covers character delamination and adhesion issues.

Yes — when manufactured to DVLA specifications, 3D gel and 4D laser-cut plates are completely road legal and will pass MOT testing. Our 3D and 4D plates use the correct Charles Wright font, proper character spacing, and legal dimensions. The raised characters do not compromise legibility or compliance.

3D gel plates feature raised characters made from polyurethane resin bonded to the plate surface, creating a smooth, glossy finish. 4D plates use precision laser-cut acrylic characters individually mounted to create sharper edges and maximum depth. Both are fully road legal when manufactured correctly — the choice comes down to aesthetic preference.

No — show plates are strictly for off-road use only, including exhibitions, car shows, photoshoots, or display purposes. Show plates may have non-standard spacing, sizes, or styling that doesn't meet DVLA requirements. Using show plates on public roads is illegal and can result in fines and MOT failure. For road use, always order legal plates.
